• Day 1 : ALLEPPEY

  Mullakkal Temple, located in Kerala's Alleppey district, is devoted to the goddess Rajarajeswari, the temple's principal deity. It's a one-of-a-kind Place to Visit in Alleppey in 1 Day known for its traditional Kerala-style architecture. The main feature of this shrine is the main roof, which is specially created for Vana Devi and keeps opening. Lord Krishna, Nagas, Ayyappa, and Hanuman Ji are among the temple's other gods. In the premise where the Shivling is kept, there is a banyan tree.
  
  This Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple is built in the traditional Kerala manner. It includes a well-kept wall and a lovely pond on the premises, as well as numerous trees and jasmine plants. The temple's Durga Maa idol has four arms and is known as 'Mullakkal Devi' or 'Mullakkal Amma.'

  Ambalapuzha Sree Krishna Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna in the Alappuzha district. The temple is also known for its delicious rice pudding prepared with sweet milk, known as Pal Payasam, and is constructed in the traditional Kerala style
  
  The temple, also known as the 'Dwarka of the South,' is supposed to have been built by local king Chembakkassery Pooradam Thirunal Devanarayanan Thampuran during the 15th and 17th centuries AD. The temple's main deity, Parthasarathi, is made of black marble and granite and holds the sacred conch (shankh) in her left hand and a whip in her right.

  Spread across a 97 sq. km. area, the animals that you can see here are Nilgiri Marten, Ruddy Mongoose, Small Clawed Otter, Dusky Striped Squirrel, etc and approximately 48 species of mammals. Not just animals but it is also home to some of the rarest plants like - Neelakurunji which blooms only once every 12 years (they will next bloom in 2030). It is also a treasure trove of over 700 medicinal plants. On the first day of your 3 day Munnar itinerary, visit one of the most beautiful spots of South India located inside the national park - Lakkam Waterfalls.

It is one of the highest arch dams in Asia and the double arcs and curvature make the view even more enchanting. Definitely, you should keep this in mind and witness a marvel.
