Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Zanzibar

  On arrival in Zanzibar you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Seyyida Hotel. Following lunch, you will be picked up and shown around Stonetown. UNESCO has declared Stone Town as one of the world's historic cities, and it's now a protected area in Zanzibar. The 2-hour tour will take you to the most scenic parts of the Old Town. This is the cultural heart of Zanzibar. Our guides are experienced and very well conversant with the rich history of the Island.
  
  The Old Town oozes magic and mystery and shafts and sharp light joust with deep shadows creating a fascinating world in the narrow streets. Highlights include the market, slave market, the cathedral (Cathedral Church of Christ) built in its site in 1874, Africa House, Gizanga Street and House of Wonders.
  Transfer back to the Seyyida Hotel.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast. Lunch and dinner is at client's own discretion
• Day 2 : Spice Tour and Jozani Forest

  After breakfast, pick you up from hotel and transfer to Kizimbani Village for the Spice Tour. For much of the year the scent of cloves is carried in the breezes from the clove buds drying the sun on road reside mats. The Spice Island as it is affectionately called has over forty of the most valuable tropical aromatic plants that were introduced over the last two centuries by the Oman Arabs. The spices are grown in the spice grades in the hills north of Stone Town. Our knowledgeable guides will take you through this fascinating tour. Spices can be tasted and even purchased. Following your Spice Tour you will enjoy lunch at a typical Zanzibari restaurant. After lunch you will enjoy a drive through the island to reach Jozani Forest. At the Jozani Forest you will be met by a knowledgable guide who will tell you all about the secondary growth forest and point out various flora and fauna such as vervet monkeys, gorgeous butterflies and the red colobus monkey which can be seen no where else in the world!!
  Transfer back to hotel

  • Meals & Drinks (Breakfast and lunch,dinner is at client's own discretion)
• Day 3 : Departure from Zanzibar.

  After breakfast check out and transfer to the Zanzibar Airport for your flight out of Zanzibar, or, transfer to the ferry docks for your ride back to Dar Es Salaam.
