Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DEPARTURE FROM KOLKATA

  Assemble at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport 4 hours prior to flight departure and meet the tour coordinator. After a short briefing, board the domestic flight to Delhi at 2000 hours and reach Indira Gandhi International Airport at around 2235 hours.

• Day 2 : ARRIVAL AT JOHANNESBURG (Dinner)

  Complete immigration formalities at Delhi to board the international flight to Addis Ababa at 0215 hours. Arrive Addis Ababa Bole International Airport at around 0635 hours and proceed to board the connecting flight to Johannesburg at 0840 hours. Upon arrival at OR Tambo International Airport at around 1305 hours, complete your immigration formalities and transfer to hotel for check-in. Overnight at Johannesburg.

• Day 3 : JOHANNESBURG - KRUGER NATIONAL PARK (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

  After breakfast leave for City Orientation Tour The Kruger National Park in South Africa is one of the oldest and largest reserves in Africa. The park boasts a tremendous variety of game - The Big 5 and bird life in its numerous habitats. You should see elephant, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, warthog, lion, spotted hyenas, baboon, hippo, impala, kudu, vervet monkey, waterbuck, Tsessebe, wildebeest, bush baby, mongoose, duiker, steenbok, klipspringer, genet, bats. You may see leopard, wild dog, cheetah, roan antelope, sable antelope, bat-eared fox, rhino, honey badger, porcupine, rebook, aardvark, aardwolf, civet, and caracal and serval suni.
  Later transfer to Kruger National Park and check-in at the lodge.

• Day 4 : KRUGER NATIONAL PARK (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

  Collect packed breakfast and depart for Morning Game Drive inside the Kruger national Park. Later in the afternoon, enjoy lunch and again proceed for an Afternoon Game Drive.

• Day 5 : KRUGER NATIONAL PARK – JOHANNESBURG - GEORGE - KNYSNA (Breakfast, Dinner)

  After breakfast transfer to Johannesburg to catch the flight to George. Upon arrival, transfer to Knysna to check-in at the hotel and enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Knysna.

• Day 6 : KNYSNA - OUDTSHOORN - KNYSNA

  After breakfast depart for a Day Trip to Oudtshoorn. It is known as the 'Feather Capital of the World' thanks to its huge ostrich industry.
  Arrive and leave for a tour of the Cango Caves - In Oudtshoorn you go underground to marvel at the icy formations in the Cango Caves, regarded as one of South Africa's most spectacular natural wonders!!!
  Later enjoy a tour of the Ostrich Farm. In the afternoon enjoy a tour of the Wildlife Ranch to visit a crocodile Park and get the opportunity to take pictures with Cheetah. Return back to Knysna in the evening and rest for the day.

• Day 7 : KNYSNA - CAPE TOWN (Breakfast, Light Snacks, Dinner)

  After breakfast transfer to Cape Town and enjoy a Half Day City Tour including visit to Table Mountain.
  Cape Town is one of the most popular long-haul destinations in the world. Due to its unique topography, it is also one of the easiest places in which to orientate oneself as long as you remember that with Table Mountain behind you and Robben Island before you; you are facing north, looking across Table Bay and up the west coast of Africa. Overnight at Cape Town.

• Day 8 : CAPE TOWN - PENINSULA TOUR (Breakfast, Light Snacks, Dinner)

  Breakfast at the hotel and depart on a Full Day Peninsula Tour -
  This comprehensive tour shows you the best of the spectacular Cape Peninsula and why it is it's called the Fairest Cape. Travel past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno towards Hout Bay. Drive along the Atlantic Seaboard, pass through Noordhoek and Scarborough.
  Later proceed to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve to enjoy the funicular ride aboard the "Flying Dutchman" and enjoy the unforgettable spectacular views. Get the opportunity to take some stunning photographs at the second southernmost tip of the African continent. Visit the beautiful Boulders Beach, and have the option to sit among the famous colony of Jackass Penguins. Thereafter enjoy a short stop at the naval port of Simon's Town and learn about the legend of "Able Seaman Just Nuisance" the Great Dane Dog that was inducted in Royal Navy. Return back to the hotel and rest for the night. Overnight at Cape Town.

• Day 9 : CAPE TOWN - VICTORIA FALLS ((Breakfast, Dinner))

  After breakfast, transfer to Cape Town International Airport to catch the flight to Victoria Falls at 1430 hours. Upon your arrival at Victoria Falls Airport at around 1720 hours proceed to the lodge for check-in. The rest of the evening is free at leisure.

• Day 10 : VICTORIA FALLS (Breakfast, Dinner)

  Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a Full Day Victoria Falls Tour -
  The Victoria Falls presents a spectacular sight of awe- inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, forming a natural border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It was described by the Kololo tribe living in the area as 'Mosi- oa-Tunya' - 'The Smoke that Thunders' for the immense spray and incredible noise caused by the rushing water. Victoria Falls is now also known as the greatest curtain of falling water in the world when its width and height are combined. Columns of spray can be seen from miles away as, at the height of the rainy season, more than five hundred million cubic meters (over 17 billion cubic feet) of water per minute plummet over the edge, over a width of nearly two kilometres or over a mile, into a gorge over a hundred meters or 300 feet below.
  Experience a thrilling Helicopter Ride over the Victoria Falls and see the pristine beauty of the falls from all angles!!! Later in the afternoon, transfer to the jetty for a Sunset Boat Cruise on the Zambezi River above the falls. This excursion also affords the possibility to see not just a typically beautiful sunset, but also some wildlife including hippo, elephants, buffalo and bushbuck.
  Return back to the lodge and the rest of the day is free at leisure.

  After breakfast check out and transfer to Victoria Falls Airport to board the return flight at 1305 hours and reach Addis Ababa Bole International Airport at around 2140 hours.

  Board the connecting flight from Addis Ababa at 0020 hours and reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at around 0830 hours. Upon arrival at Mumbai, clear all immigration formalities and proceed to catch the domestic flight to Kolkata at 1400 hours and reach Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport at around 1650 hours where you will bid farewell to the group members and the tour coordinator.

Documents Required For Visa

• Original Passport(valid for at least 06 months with minimum 02 unused/blank visa pages).
• Proof of funds (Last 03 month's bank statement signed and stamped by the bank with a balance South African Currency R 3000 or equivalent in INR for Delhi and Mumbai) Required original Indian bank statement on bank letterhead with stamp and signature and no Passbook, e-statements, Net banking copies will be accepted.
• NOC for leave from employer/ school/ university clearly mentioning the name, passport number of applicant(s) and duration of visit. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signature's name, designation and signature.
• Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate.
• Two recent (not older than 30 days/1 month) passport size, (35mm x 45mm of the picture) photographs.
• Marriage certificate with Notary, where applicable (For verification purpose applicant needs to carry the Original Marriage Certificate at the time of submission at VFS center).
• Copies of passport bio-data pages (photo page and address/parents page).

• A non-refundable amount of INR 75,000 per PAX (to be adjusted with the package cost) to be deposited at the time of booking
• Remaining balance to be deposited 30 days prior to departure
• Cancellation 35 days prior to departure - 50% of the total amount will be refunded
• Cancellation 20 days prior to departure - No amount will be refunded
• Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event/weekend OR any other event in the city. Odd-time transfers may also incur supplement charges.
• The standard check-in time at hotels is 1400hours & check-out time is 1200hours. However, in some cities/hotels, there might be an exception.
• Child age 211 years; above 11 years is considered an adult
• All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standards.
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours, etc.
• Any issues arising while on tour should be informed to us immediately during the tour only in order for us to act on the same. Issues raised after the end of the tour will not be entitled to any feedback.
• Granting/refusal of visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate/ embassy/ immigration authority.
• We are not responsible for any missed services/ meals due to change/ delay in flight timing.
• We are not responsible for any excess baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
• Package Cost is subject to change due to increase or decrease in airline/govt. taxes as per IATA rule & Rate of Exchange for the mentioned currency.
