Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi 鈥� Ranikhet (350 km/8 hrs Approx.)

  Pick up from Airport / Rly stn and drive to Ranikhet- the forested and serene town in Kumaon.
  After settling into hotel, discover the romantic pathways thru pine, deodhar, oak forests and perhaps catch the sun disappearing beyond the horizon. Overnight at Ranikhet.
  
  Ranikhet: At 6000 feet asl, it is a serene and peaceful hill station foreshadowed by conifer forests and surrounded by snow clad Himalayan ranges from the Bhagirathi peaks in the west to Nanda Kot in the east.

• Day 2 : Ranikhet

  Wake up to catch a beautiful view of the Himalayan Ranges. Discover this quaint hill town.
  Ranikhet offers golfing at the 9 hole Army Course besides being known for the orchards of Chaubatia and Jhoola Devi Temple.
  
  An old church runs as a factory, with the war widows of the Kumaon Regiment Centre operating looms to knit Australian Merino wool into shawls.
  Overnight at Ranikhet.
• Day 3 : Ranikhet 鈥� Kausani (72 km/ 4-5 hrs Approx)

  Early morning drive to Kausani. On arrival Check in at hotel. The place offers an excellent 300 km wide views of the Nanda Devi group of Mountains. Majestic view of the snow covered Trishul and Nanda Devi is so clear that one gets a feeling of the snow within touching distance. Day free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 4 : Kausani- Almora / Binsar (53 km/ 02-03 hrs Approx)

  Leave Kausani after a relaxed breakfast and reach the resorts in Almora (5800-6300 feet asl) / Binsar (7000 feet asl) by lunch time. After settling into the resort imbibe the essence of another natural jewel of Kumaon. Take a short hike for a taste of the local countryside. Overnight at Almora.
• Day 5 : Almora 鈥� Nainital (64 km/ 4 hrs Approx)

  Early morning drive to Nainital. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 6 : Nainital

  After morning breakfast proceed for visit to Sattal, Bhimtal, Naukuchiyatal and Nainital. Dotted with lakes, Nainital is popularly known as 鈥楲ake District鈥� of India. The place offers magnificent view of snow-capped peaks, verdant valleys, rolling meadows and crystal lakes. In the afternoon enjoy boating on Naini Lake. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys
• Day 7 : Nainital 鈥� Delhi (310 Km / 06-07 Hrs)

  Breakfast followed by drive back to Delhi. Reach Delhi and take flight for onward destination.
