Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Colombo – Kandy

  On arrival at Colombo International airport, meet and greet by tour representative and transfer to Kandy. Enroot Visit Pinnawela elephant orphanage (Entry Ticket Not Included). The Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage is one of Sri Lanka’s most popular tourist attractions. The orphanages population has now mushroomed to around 65, making it the world’s largest collection of captive elephants. Proceed to Kandy, check-in the hotel. Enjoy Kandy city tour, Visit Kandy Temple of the Tooth. According to legend, the tooth was taken from the Buddha as he lay on his funeral pyre. It was smuggled to Sri Lanka in 313 AD, hidden in the hair of Princess Hemamali who fled the Hindu armies besieging her father's kingdom in India. When the capital was moved to Kandy, the tooth was taken to the new city and placed in temples built to honor it. Witness Kandyan dance performance in the evening. The Kandyan dance has become most distinctively Sinhalese and is readily associated with the idea of a National Dance. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

• Day 2 : Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

  Enjoy your delicious breakfast at hotel. Checkout from hotel and proceed to Nuwara Eliya also known as Little England. Visit a tea factory and estate / Sri Bhaktha hanuman Temple enroot and witness how the famous "Ceylon Tea" is brewed. Explore Nuwara Eliya City, visit Hakgala Botanical Garden (Entry Ticket Not Included), Seetha Amman Temple, Gregory Lake and Victoria Park etc. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

• Day 3 : Nuwara Eliya – Bentota

  Enjoy your delicious breakfast at hotel. Checkout from hotel and proceed to Bentota via Kitulgala, the location where Oscar winning film ‘Bridge on the River Kwai’ was filmed. On arrival at Bentota, check-in the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy beaches or water sports at your own expense. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Bentota

  Enjoy your delicious breakfast at hotel. Visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery and boat riding at Madhu River. Kosgoda is famous for its turtle hatchery- operated by the Wild Life Protection Society of Sri Lanka. Visitors can see huge tanks filled with new born turtle hatchlings. After being fed, the baby turtles are taken to the sea and released when they are 2-4 days old, usually during the safer hours of darkness. Madhu River is also a remarkable and must visit place. Bordering to the coastal village Balaptiya, Madu River flows by adding an incomparable beauty to the surrounding. It’s unique in its beauty, hundreds of islets, mangroves, indigenous aquatic birds & fish creates a green heave in front of your eyes. These enchanting landscapes make people breathless by creating a paradise for their own dreams. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Bentota

  Enjoy your delicious breakfast at hotel. Checkout form hotel and proceed to Colombo. On arrival at Colombo check-in to hotel and get ready to enjoy the Colombo city tour, visit to Buddhist and Hindu Temples, Pettah, Fort, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Colombo Museum, the parliament house and the folk art center, later enjoy a shopping in Colombo. Return to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
