Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi

On your arrival at Delhi you will be received by the representatives and will be taken to the pre booked hotel. Check in the hotel and get relaxed for a while. Enjoy the leisure activities and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2 : Delhi-Neemrana

After the breakfast from the Hotel in Delhi start the drive to Neemrana. Check in the hotel on arrival and start the sightseeing places. Visit the Fort, ancient villages, Eastern palace, and other monumental buildings. Then have comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3 : Neemrana-Jaipur

After Breakfast from Neemrana start the drive to Jaipur. On reaching Jaipur, start the sightseeing tour. Visit Amber fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar mantar, Albert hall. After the sightseeing of Jaipur have dinner at your hotel and an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Jaipur

After breakfast in the morning start the visit to Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort, Water palace, Monkey Temple, Govindji temple. Evening you will your dinner at Rajasthani traditional resort with folk music and dance. Then have an overnight stay at the hotel of Jaipur.

Day 5 : Jaipur -Shekhawati - Bikaner

After the early morning breakfast continue the sightseeing travel. Visit the Fatehpur and Shekhawati regions. Witness the Cenotaphs, Step wells, beautifully painted Havelis and Old Streets. Then start the road trip to Bikaner. Here visit the Camel breeding center and sand dunes. Then return to the room for dinner and have an overnight stay.

Day 6 : Bikaner - Jaisalmer

Continue the sightseeing visit of Bikaner after the early morning breakfast. Visit the Junagarh Fort and Lalgarh Palace in Bikaner. Then start the road trip to Jaiselmer. After having lunch on the way we will proceed on the way to Bikaner. Visit Kheechan and the Golden Fort. Return to the room for dinner and take an overnight stay at hotel in Jaiselmer.

Day 7 : Jaisalmer

After the breakfast in Jaisalmer hotel start the sightseeing visit of Jaiselmer. Visit the Jaiselmer Fort, Museum, Jain Temple, Patwoh ki and Kothari Haveli and Kulcihera. By evening enjoy the Camel Ride and then have dinner and return to the room for overnight stay.

Day 8 : Jaisalmer-Khimsar

After the breakfast start the drive to Khimsar. Check in the hotel on arrival. Visit the Khimsar Fort, and enjoy the Jeep safari, sand dunes. Then return to the room for elicious dinner and for overnight stay.

Day 9 : Khimsar-Pushkar

After the early morning breakfast start the drive to Pushkar. Check in the hotel on arrival and get relaxed for a while. Then later start exploring the holy city of Pushkar. Visit the Pushkar Lake, Brahma Temple, Savitri Temple, Varah Temple. Then return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10 : Pushkar - Delhi

On the last day of the tour, start the travel form the hotel of Pushkar after breakfast. Then you will be taken to the Delhi airport during the return journey. On arrival at the Delhi airport you will be directly transferred to the Airport/ Railway station for the final journey back home.

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to聽M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators

Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with聽M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .

Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to聽M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours聽
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.聽
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours聽
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment

Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note聽-
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
