Package Overview

All our itinerary component is flexible and can be modified to suit your interest and preference. Our standard is usually using 3 star hotel with standard AC transportation, but if you wish to have higher standard of accommodation and transportation, we are more than happy to provide the suggestion except in some remote area where only available standard transportation and non star hotel for example in Borneo, and Papua

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Yogyakarta - Selo

  Evening at 10.00 pm pick up service form your hotel in yogya area, then . Direct drive to trekker's base camp at Selo village, a village by the 1500 m above sea level at the north of Merapi volcano mountain
• Day 2 : Selo - Merbabu - Selo

  Upon arrival at 12.00 midnight, preparation and start to experience trekking on Mt. Merbabu (6 hours trek up and 4 hours trek down). By sunrise time reaching the Syarif Peak, the highest point on Mt. Merbabu (3.100 m ASL). From here you could could see the spectacular surrounding views while relax and enjoying hot tea or coffee. You will also view the spectacular Mt. Merapi right across you. Trek down to the base camp at Selo village and then check in to the local home stay, so you can have a proper rest for the next day trekking.
• Day 3 : Selo - Merapi - Yogyakarta

  After midnight you will wake up, then at 01.00 am the local guide will accompany you through the easiest and save place trek up path. Early in the morning you will arrive at the Pasar Bubrah, the highest point that allows to all climbers, to see sunrise. This trek will need around four hours trekking up and 3-5 hours trekking down. Then rejoin the car and drive back to your hotel in Yogyakarta at the midday.
