Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Mandalay Full day (by car)

  Arrive at Mandalay International Airport and welcome by our tour guide. Mandalay full day sightseeing; visit to Mahamuni Image, Tapestry making home cottage, Marble carving workshop, Gold-leaf Beating workshop, silk weaving home cottage, Kyauktawgyi Pagoda a large Buddha image carved out of a single block of marble, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving, Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the world’s Biggest Book for its stones slabs of Buddhist scriptures, Sulamani Pagoda. Mandalay Palace and in the evening enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

• Day 2 : Mandalay - Amarapura - Mingun (by car & boat)

  After breakfast at hotel, excursion to Amarapura, visit Mahagandayon Monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study, visit to U Bein Bridge. There you can take a walk over the world’s longest teakwood bridge.
  
  Then proceed to Mingun by private boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River. A village on the west bank of the river. Visit to Mingun Pahtotawgyi, the world renowned ringing Mingun Bell, Myatheintan Pagoda and surrounding village. In the evening return to Mandalay and overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
• Day 3 : Mandalay - Sagaing - Inwa (Ava) (by car)

  After breakfast at hotel, visit to Sagaing; Sagaing Hill known as the center for meditation. Hill sides are dotted with numerous Pagodas and Monasteries. Visit to Khaungmudaw Pagoda, Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda, Pottery Making village and Silver – smith workshop.
  
  Then proceed to Inwa, another ancient capital, known as the kingdom of Inwa during the second Myanmar Empire. It is a small town south of Amarapura. The sites to see in Inwa include Nan Myint Watch Tower, Maha Aungmyae Bonzan Monastery, Bagaya Monastery, and Inwa Bridge spanning the Ayeyarwaddy River. Return to Mandalay in the evening and transfer to Mandalay international airport for international flight.
