Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Leh airport pick up. 鈥� Rest for acclimatise. 鈥� You can explore the local market in the evening.

  Meal: dinner
  After arrival at Leh Airport, you would be transferred to hotel for check-in. Today you are free for leisure & acclimatization. This way you can explore the Leh town and also become familiar with the high altitude climate. Overnight at hotel in Leh.

• Day 2 : Leh 鈥� Hall of Fame 鈥� Kali Temple 鈥� Zorawar Fort 鈥� Leh Palace 鈥� Shanti Stupa

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  Today visit Hall of Fame, Spituk Gompa, Zorawar Fort, Shey, 3 Idiot School, Sindhu Ghat, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa.

• Day 3 : Khardungla and Nubra Valley 鈥� Khardungla pass (18,380ft) 鈥� Diskit Monastery 鈥� Hunder 鈥� Hunder Sand Dunes

  Today after an early breakfast you would be driven to Nubra Valley. Enroute visit Khardung-la-pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Arrive at Hunder & check in at Hotel/Camps. Later visit Diskit Village & enjoy the Camel ride on sand dunes. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel/Camp.

• Day 4 : Turtuk 鈥� Turtuk 鈥� Thang

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  Today after breakfast, you will be driven to Turtuk. The name Turtuk is an Turkish word which was exposed by two Turkish namely 鈥渃huli and Yangdrung鈥� who wandered and came to this place and settled here. Today their generations ably back here as so-called race of chulipa and yangdrungpa in turtuk. Turtuk Ladakh, being the mainstream of balti culture of baltistan lies on the historic trade routes between skardu, Yarkand 鈥淓ast Turkistan aka xijian鈥�, leh and Srinagar are restored the line of control had bisected the Himalayan silk route. After visiting Turtuk, we shall come back to Hunder for night stay.

• Day 5 : Pangong Lake 鈥� Shyok 鈥� Durbuk and Tangste 鈥� Pangong Lake

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  After breakfast, check out from the camp & drive to Pangong Lake, east to the Leh via Shyok. You will drive through Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh. This is perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia which changes its color 4 鈥� 5 times a day. At evening enjoy the breathtaking view of Pangong Lake. Overnight at the Camp at Pangong Lake.

• Day 6 : Leh via Changla pass 鈥� Changla pass (17,590ft) 鈥� Hemis monastery 鈥� Thiksey monastery 鈥� Shey 鈥� Leh

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  Today after breakfast, check out from the Camp & drive to Leh via Changla Pass (17500ft). Also visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey while coming to Leh. Overnight at the Hotel.

• Day 7 : Leh to Kargil 鈥� Gurudwara Pathar Sahib 鈥� Magnetic Hill 鈥� Sangam 鈥� Lamayuru 鈥� Kargil

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  Today after breakfast leave for Kargil, enroute visit Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam View where Indus & Zanskar river meet (conflunce) and Lamayuru monastery. Dinner and Overnight stay in Kargil.

• Day 8 : Kargil to Srinagar 鈥� Drass 鈥� Zojila pass 鈥� Sonmarg 鈥� Srinagar

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  After Breakfast, you would be driven to Srinagar, enroute Drass, Zojila and Sonamarg. Night stay in houseboat in Srinagar.

• Day 9 : Gulmarg 鈥� Gulmarg 鈥� Ropeway

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  After breakfast drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbat (if weather permits). The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. Chair Lifts and Gondola (Cable Car) for mountain ride are also available here. Later return back to Srinagar.

• Day 10 : Srinagar 鈥� Mughal Gardens 鈥� Shankaracharya Temple 鈥� Srinagar Market with Lal Chowk 鈥� Shikara

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  After breakfast visit Mughal Gardens Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure ) built by Asif Jahan in 1636 AD and Shalimar Bagh ( Adobe of Love) built by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Nur Jahan in 1619 AD and Cheshmashahi (The Royal Spring ) & famous Shankaracharya temple. Overnight stay at the hotel/houseboat

• Day 11 : Pahalgam 鈥� Pahalgam

  Meal: breakfast and dinner
  After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). Enroute visiting Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman), see the beautiful countryside on the way and rice fields. Drive through the pine forest. Have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. Later return back to Srinagar for night stay.

• Day 12 : Get drop at Srinagar airport
