Package Overview

Take your employees, salespersons, customers out of the routine and usual environment. Take your team on a 5-day African Safari for group and incentive retreat in Kenya. Travel to the magnificent Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Your experience should begin with the group’s initial arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Your private concierge team meets the group at the baggage claim after the immigration and customs procedures. Transfer to a luxury hotel in Nairobi for the night. If your team arrives during the day, enjoy a gala dinner for overnight at your hotel.

Wake up early the next morning to a sumptuous breakfast before leaving the hotel for tours to some Nairobi’s interesting areas. Lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant before you depart for Lake Naivasha. Once in Naivasha you settle into the comforts of your resort and prepare to take a boat ride on the lake running till just before sunset.

Wake up early the third day for a team building and bonding session at the resort grounds before freshening up and breakfast. Mid morning rest by the pool or take part in some of the other fun activities at the resort – horse-riding, biking, walking safari etc.

After lunch, depart for Masai Mara where you will begin your official search of the elusive Big Five, a list comprising elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, and rhinoceros. Check in at your resort in the Mara for the night.

On your forth day, your guides lead you on a bush walking tour through the wilderness. Learn the simple methods of scouting and tracking animals by following your guide’s instruction.

During the afternoon, you can partake in a village tour of a local tribe. When the group bonds over individual and communal activities, the trip only gets better. Set out on an afternoon game drive when the day cools down. The group separates into teams, each one trying to spot the most animals on a given checklist.

On your final day, your private transfer meets the group after breakfast and escorts you to the airstrip for the flight back to Nairobi. Connect your flight home.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Nairobi

  On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by Hallmark Travel Planner’s representative and transferred to your hotel of choice. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 2 : Nairobi Tours - Transfer to Naivasha

  Breakfast at your hotel. Depart for Nairobi Animal Orphanage for an 1 hour visit. Visit the Giraffe Centre before proceeding on to the David Sheldrick Elephant orphanage close by. Interact with elephants till 12.30 hours and adopt one if you wish. Proceed to the Giraffe centre before settling for lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant.
  
  After lunch, leave Nairobi and drive down the Escarpment via the floor of the Great Rift Valley to the Lake Naivasha. Boat Ride on Lake Naivasha till sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

  Team Building and bonding activities at the resort. Freshen up and then ejoy your breakfast. Rest or take leisurely activities at the resort. Lunch.
  
  After lunch, leave Lake Naivasha and drive to Masai Mara the afternoon game drive in the famous Masai Mara Game reserve till sunset.

• Day 4 : Full Day Safari and Fun Masai Mara

  Full day of safari activities in the Masai Mara including safari on foot – walking safari. We explore the Mara region, packed with the elephant, zebra, rhino and all kinds of game through out the year with the spectacular wildebeest migration from Serengeti occurring mainly in July and August. Indeed you have the best opportunity of seeing all the big five animals.
  
  In the afternoon you will also visit a masai village to interact with the local Masai to see their way of life. This evening, you will have a bush dinner under the African skies. Overnight stay at your lodge of choice.

• Day 5 : Fly Back to Nairobi - Depart

  Optional Hot Air Balloon Flight followed by Champagne breakfast. Those not taking part in balloon ride will enjoy the Hippo pool breakfast by the Mara River. After breakfast depart, transfer to the airstrip to catch a 45-minute flight back to Nairobi. Lunch at the Tamarind Tree Lodge. Later transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
