Malana has been the subject of various documentaries, including Malana: Globalization of a Himalayan Village and Malana, A Lost Identity. The existing speakers of the autochthonous language Kanashi, the traditional language of the inhabitants of Malana, number approximately 1700. According to the 1961 census, the language speakers were then 563, but today the population of Malana is at least three times as large as 40 years ago
Reach Kasol by 9 AM, check in at camps at 10 AM. get ready for trek to chalal/ rashol & explore local caf茅's. 3PM Back to campsite & can visit manikaran gurdwara, in evening celebrate with new friends in kasol Style with Bonfire & Music. Dinner and overnight stay at camps.
10AM After breakfast, checkout from camps and depart for Malana by Taxi, Reach Malana & Trek till Magic Valley. Have Lunch and enjoy the view. In evening enjoy Bonfire with Music. Dinner and overnight stay at camps.
Post Breakfast and enjoying Natural Hot Spring, pack your bags again to reach at the basecamp at Barshaini. Don't forget to spend couple of hours for Kullu Rafting.
