Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Urgench from St. Petersburg, transfer to Khiva, excursions

  Arrival to Uzbekistan by flight from St. Petersburg (HY 637, departure 22:30 on Thursdays, arrival at 05:10 on Friday). Transfer to Khiva, accommodation at the hotel. This whole day you will spend in Ichan-Kala - the inner ancient city of Khiva. Excursion around the monuments and narrative about the history of Khorezm. Overnight in Khiva.
• Day 2 : Exploring ancient fortresses of Khorezm in the desert

  On this day you travel outside Khiva across the Amu Darya River and advance into the desert to get acquainted with the ancient clay fortresses of Khorezm - Ayaz-kala, Tuprak-kala, etc. Lunch in the desert. Return to Khiva.
• Day 3 : Transfer to Bukhara through the Kyzyl Kum Desert

  You complete the acquaintance with the ancient Khorezm and the city of Khiva and move to Bukhara through the Kyzyl Kum desert. The road runs along the Amudarya river (495 km). You will make stop-overs in the desert to overlook the most beautiful places and have lunch-boxes as meals.
• Day 4 : Excursions in Bukhara

  The whole day is devoted to exploring old Bukhara, visiting folklore concerts, ancient madrassas and mosques. Also, you will travel outside the city for acquaintance with the monuments outside the city. Overnight in Bukhara.
• Day 5 : Transfer to Samarkand via Shakhrisabz. Excursion to Shakhrisabz

  On this day, you travel by car to Samarkand via Shakhrisabz. In Shakhrisabz - an excursion to the most famous monuments of the city. Overnight in Samarkand.
• Day 6 : Full day excursions in Samarkand

  You spend the whole day sightseeing and exploring the monuments and interesting places of Samarkand.

  You continue your excursion in ancient Samarkand. After lunch - free time.

  Early in the morning, after breakfast you fly home to St. Petersburg by Havo Yullari flight 639 at 08:55. End of the tour.
