Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ZAGREB, Croatia

  Upon arrival welcome dinner in local restaurant with local wine.
  Menu suggestion: "Zagorski 拧trukli" pastry with cheese filling / Roast turkey and 禄mlinci禄 pastry with turkey drippings & seasonal salad / 芦Orahnja膷a禄 - walnut cake
  Overnight at the hotel in Zagreb area.
• Day 2 : ZAGREB - SAMOBOR, Croatia

  After breakfast, city tour of Zagreb with local guide.
  Short drive to Samobor for an orientation tour, drive through vineyards to a family-run local farm for a typical home made lunch of region Zagorje and wine tasting.
  Menu suggestion: Ham, sausage, "膷varci", home made cheese / Ragu soup / Turkey steak and roast pork with baked potatoes, rice and salad / 芦Gibanica禄cake / Coffee Wines: Chardonnay, Rajnski Rizling, Pinot sivi, Rizvanac, Portugizac
  Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Zagreb area.
• Day 3 : ZAGREB - VELIKI TABOR - PLITVICE, Croatia

  fter breakfast, drive to Veliki Tabor, a fortified castle - historical monument of utmost category according to UNESCO classification.
  Lunch and wine tasting at the local agro-tourism house.
  
  Menu suggestion: Salami, bacon, sausage,禄hladetina禄, cheese, corn bread / Soup with home made noodles / Duck with "mlinci" pastry and boiled vegetables / Roast veal , baked potatoes and salad / Cheese and apple strudel
  
  Wines: Gra拧evina, Frankovka, Chardonnay
  Drive to Plitvice area for a dinner and overnight at the hotel.
• Day 4 : PLITVICE - OPATIJA, Croatia

  After breakfast, Tour of Plitvice Lakes National Park.
  Typical lunch of Region Lika with wine in local restaurant.
  Menu suggestion: Soup / Mushroom risotto / Grilled trout and salad / Cheese pie
  Drive to Opatija area for dinner and overnight at the hotel.
• Day 5 : ROVINJ - MOTOVUN - OPATIJA, Croatia

  After breakfast, drive to Rovinj for a city tour.
  Drive to inland Istria, town Motovun, for a truffle products and wine tasting:
  
  Istrian 禄Fu啪i禄 (pasta) with truffles / 魅影直播 made bread / "Fritule" (home made desert) / Glass of white and glass of red wine
  Drive to family-run agro-tourism for a wine tasting (Teran, Malvasija, Muscat) with Istrian products: cheese, proscuitto and home made bread
  Dinner in Opatija Region in local restaurant in village Volosko owned by Mrs Kramari膰, awarded as the best Sommelier in Croatia. "Slow food" meal accompanied with different wines suggested by Mrs Kramari膰.
  Menu suggestion: Tuna prosciutto served with white truffles cream Fish "brancin" marinated in juice of agrumes with red pepper / 魅影直播 made pasta with prawns , crimps peaches and white truffles / Fish fillet served with vegetables, mushrooms, bacon and salad / Presidential cake with Porto Chocolate mousse
  Overnight at the hotel in Opatija area.
• Day 6 : KRK ISLAND - VODICE, Croatia

  After breakfast, drive to Krk Island.
  Orientation tour of Krk town.
  Drive to Vrbnik for a tasting of 沤lahtina wine, typical lunch of "Kvarner" region in a local restaurant with local wine
  Menu suggestion: Risotto with cuttle fish and prawns / Grilled local fish and calamari with Suiss chard "blitva" and potatoes / Dessert
  
  Drive along the coast to Vodice area for a dinner and overnight at the hotel.
• Day 7 : 艩IBENIK - TROGIR - SPLIT, Croatia

  After breakfast, drive to 艩ibenik for a City tour.
  
  Drive to Primo拧ten for orientation tour followed by stop in Primo拧ten Burnji at local
  
  agro-tourism for a lunch and tasting of local Babi膰 wine.
  
  Menu suggestion: Aperitif / Chick-pea and lentil soup with olive oil / Octopus and potatoes under the iron bell with salad and bread / "Fritule" dessert
  
  Drive to Trogir for a tour.
  
  Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Split area.
• Day 8 : SPLIT, Croatia

  After breakfast , city tour of Split.
  
  The rest of the day at leisure.
  Dinner in a local restaurant - slow food meal with wine from the Island of Hvar.
  Menu suggestion: Aperitif / Triple carpaccio - mixture of fresh fish with salad Dentex fillet in black heart-fish fillet with heart shaped cuttle fish pulenta Angler fish in foam 鈥� angler fish filler with truffles served on light spinach foam "Falkusa" sea bass fillet with vegetables served in the shape of a boat / "Drunk" apples in poppy seed-flambe apples with ice-cream any poppy seed sauce / Coffee.
  Overnight at the hotel in Split area.
• Day 9 : NERETVA RIVER DELTA - DUBROVNIK, Croatia

  After breakfast, drive along the coastline to Neretva River Region.
  Lunch in local restaurant with sweet -water fish specialities and local wine.
  
  Menu suggestion: Frog legs in prosciutto / "Brodeto" with eels and frog legs / Dessert
  Drive to Dubrovnik, the rest of the afternoon at leisure.
  Dinner at local restaurant in old town of Dubrovnik with local wine.
  Menu suggestion: Oysters on Ice and Marinated Shrimps / Fish Frittura with green potatoes and mixed salad / Sour Cherry Strudel Coffee.
  Overnight at the hotel in Dubrovnik area
• Day 10 : DUBROVNIK, Croatia

  After breakfast, City Tour of Dubrovnik.
  
  Drive to Konavle valley to a local restaurant for lunch with local wine.
  
  Menu suggestion: Vegetable soup / Lamb and veal under the iron bell wiht salad / Dessert
  
  On the way back stop in local winery for tasting of Konavle region wines: Mara拧tina white wine and Plavec red wine.
  Dinner and overnight at hotel in Dubrovnik area.
• Day 11 : PELJE艩AC PENINSULA, Croatia

  Drive to Pelje拧ac peninsula for a wine tour.

• Day 12 : DUBROVNIK, Croatia - Departure

  Transfer to Dubrovnik Airport for return flight.
