Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI - SHIMLA (365 KM)

  Early this dawn, arrival will at Delhi airport or railway station, meeting us and then driving from the twisting roads to reach the summer capital 鈥淪himla鈥�, enclosed in the heart of the 聽聽Shyamala Devi incarnation of goddess Kali. On arrival move towards the hotel for check-in and enjoy the stay with an appetizing dine offered by the hotel.
  Derives its name from an incarnation of Kali, Shimla is a home to a number of Tudorbethan and neo-gothic architectures dating from the colonial era. For pagoda style shrines, rugged mountainous terrain, appealing snowfall and lovely weather, this destination is a blast to eminence among nature lovers and antic aficionados
• Day 2 : SHIMLA

  Early morning wake with the chirping of birds and have an appetising meal. In the noon you will be sightseeing the in and around areas of the Shimla, sited in the foothills of Himachal Pradesh. Enchanting with the nature all around you will be visiting Indian Institute of advanced studies, a splendid resurgence structure was once known as a former viceregal lodge. Then move towards other side and visit Christ Church, the Gaiety Theatre, scandal point, tumble by the colourful Lakkar Bazaar, and the Bandstand.
  In the evening before returning back to your respective Hotel,聽 move towards the Jakhu temple where on the way you can hear the chirping of the birds, meet monkeys and get bested by the chilly winds of the mountains.
  Jakhoo hill is Shimla's highest peak, which offers a panoramic view of the Shivalik Ranges and the town of Sanjauli. It is 2.5 km and at a height of 2,455 m (8,000 feet) above sea level. At the top of the mount, is an old temple of Lord Hanuman, which is also the home of countless playful monkeys waiting to be fed by all visitors. At 108 feet (33 meters) statue of Lord Hanuman, a Hindu deity, at 8,500 feet (2,591 meters) above sea level, is a single statue to stand at the highest altitude among several other masterpieces in the world, overtaking the Christ Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

• Day 3 : SHIMLA 鈥� MANALI (270 KM)

  After having a聽delectable聽sunrise meal, board your vehicles to聽proceed towards Manali. Enroute you will be聽visiting Hanogi Mata Temple. Known for its cool atmosphere, Manali is a perfect destination for nature lovers. Besides offering quite a few places for sightseeing, Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. 聽On a reach, freshen up and take a stroll to the surroundings. In the evening come back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 4 : MANALI - ROHTANG PASS - MANALI

  Get up early this morning as you are visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass (up to Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snowfall. Come back to Manali, in the afternoon stroll towards the Hadimba Devi temple, a beautiful cone-shaped roof built on a rock which is believed to be in the image of the goddess herself. 聽After visiting the shrine constructed in 1553, move towards another charming place known for its sulphurous hot water springs and Vashisht temple. Located around 3 km from Manali across the River Beas, Vashisht is a hot water spring where water is believed to have great healing powers, which can cure many skin diseases and other infections. 聽Here one can find Turkish-style bathhouses which contain the separate baths for both men and women, fitted with showers. After visit come back to the hotels for an overnight stay.

• Day 5 : MANALI 鈥� CHAMUNDA 鈥� DHARAMSHALA (260 KM)

  With the chirping of birds and crow-cock meal, bard your vehicle to proceed towards the Dharamshala, a聽tranquil and peaceful hill station lie at an average altitude of 1,475 meters above sea level. This splendid area is surrounded by thick deodar cedar trees, snow-laden mountains, exotic culture, and quaint old monasteries. En-route visit Chamunda Devi Temple, on the Baner River and 10 km from Palampur. On reach check into the hotel for a tempting dine. In the evening you are free to sightsee the surrounding your own.聽

• Day 6 : DHARAMSHALA 鈥� DALHOUSIE. (140 KMS)

  Get up early this morning, freshen up and have a sunrise meal and then proceed to visit a Buddhist monastery, Bhagsunag Temple, located in a serene town, the shrine is believed to be an ancient temple where Lord Shiva had prevailed himself. Hence, this sacred temple is a much-worshipped place among the Hindu pilgrims for its exciting history and sacredness. Later on, drive to Dalhousie and enjoy the verdant valley with a gushing waterfall. Stay overnight at hotel.

• Day 7 : DALHOUSIE - KHAJJIAR - DALHOUSIE

  This morning you will be sightseeing the Dalhousie, a parish which is the perfect blend of modern India and old world charisma, and also here a British aura can be felt from its colonial architecture. This majestic hill station is nestled amidst the misty green valleys and renowned for its variety of handicrafts, gift items, and trinkets. Here you can visit the Tibetan market, the Himachal Handloom Industry Emporium, Himachal Handloom and Crafts Center, and Tibetan Handicrafts Center to buy spectrum of goods including bags, dolls, handicrafts, carpets, rugs, and purses. In the afternoon after lunch, proceed towards Khajjiar, 26 km from Dalhousie and one of the 160 places in the world that bear a tropical resemblance to Switzerland. Situated at an elevation of 6500 feet, Mini Switzerland is bestowed with a vast expanse of green meadows and dense forests besides vistas of majestic snow-clad Himalayan peaks. Indeed, trekking is the best way to explore Khajjiar. Zorbing, which involves rolling downhill from inside a plastic 鈥榸orb鈥�, is a popular recreational activity. With its exotic flora and fauna, the Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is a delight for nature lovers and wildlife photographers. The Khajji Naga Temple is the most sacred shrine in Khajjiar built in the 12th聽century. Later in the evening, you are free to explore the hamlet your own. Return back to the hotels for an overnight stay.

• Day 8 : DALHOUSIE- CHANDIGARH (300 KMS)

  Get up early this morning as today you will be boarding towards Chandigarh. On arrival check into the hotel and the evening will be free to explore the markets.
• Day 9 : CHANDIGARH TO DELHI (250 KMS)

  This morning you will be sightseeing the architectural work of Le Corbusier and will be visiting the renowned places including a rock garden, Rose Garden and Sukhna Lake and then in the afternoon, you will be boarding towards Delhi for your onward journey.
