There are several packages available ranging from Do-Dham Yatra same day return to 5 night 6 days for Char Dham Yatra. As charter planes are also available for Badrinath and Kedarnath, you can choose to visit either or both the sites as per your convenience.
Dehradun to Chardham Yatra by Helicopter is available from SahastraDhara Doon Helipad and takes you back in the evening by the end of the trip.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : (DEHRADUN)

  Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point.
  Blueheights Aviation provides a complimentary stay on the date of arrival, Dinner and Breakfast meals are included.
  Passengers are picked up from Dehradun Airport/railway station/bus stand. Please note, arrival details must be provided to Blueheights Aviation at the time of booking.
  Passengers should try to reach Dehradun by 02:00 pm, or earlier, so that they are completely ready to start their Chardham journey the next day early morning.
  In the evening, our team will be doing the tour briefing to the passengers, & provide them duffel bags for carrying only necessary things on the trip – Up to 2.5 - 5 kg/person will be permitted.

• Day 2 : (YAMUNOTRI DHAM) {SAHASTRADHARA TO KHARSALI}

  0500hrs Check-out from Dehradun Hotel
  0600hrs ETD from Sahastradhara Helidrome
  0630hrs ETA at Kharsali Helibase
  
  This is starting day of the Chardham yatra. Passengers will check-out early morning from the hotel at 05:00 am. They will be picked-up from the Hotel by our staff, & taken to SahastraDhara Helidrome.
  Our ground staff would welcome the passengers. The staff will then get the passengerssettled in the Waiting lounge, where the Pre-Flight briefing will be given. The passengers will then be boarded in the aircraft.
  After landing at Kharsali, passengers will be checked-in to hotels and then they will be taken for Yamunotri Darshan. Approximate time taken for Yamunotri Temple Darshan: Approximately 05hrs 30mins (round-trip). Yamunotri trek is 06 km one-way.
  Sightseeing at Kharsali: Hot Spring at Yamunotri Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple.

• Day 3 : (GANGOTRI DHAM) {KHARSALI TO HARSHIL}

  0630hrs ETD from Kharsali Helibase
  0700hrs ETA at Harshil/Jhala Helipad
  
  Passengers will check-out by 0530 hrs. Departure from Kharsali will be at 0630 hrs, & the estimated time of arrival at Harshil/Jhalla will be 0700 hrs.
  Harshil – The second destination of our tour, also known for the extensive apple orchards there, is the most scenic and beautiful destination of this tour.
  Passengers will be taken for Gangotri Dham Darshan after breakfast or lunch, depending upon rush at temple.
  Approximate Time taken for Gangotri Temple Darshan: 3hrs 30mins. (round-trip). The road distance to Gangotri temple is approx. 25 km, which is roughly a 50-minute drive.
  Sightseeing at Harshil: Harshil has many places & nature walks around to explore. Passengers will be taken to explore any of the following:
  Bagodi Village walk / Short trek to Chholmi village / Nature walk from Jhala / Shiv Temple in Harshil.

• Day 4 : (KEDARNATH DHAM) {HARSHIL TO SERSI}

  0700hrs ETD from Harshil
  0730hrs ETA at Sersi Helibase
  
  Passengers will be checked-out by 0600 hrs. Arrival at Sersi will be by 0730 hrs.
  Sersi – operate the shuttle services for Kedarnath ji shrine from here.
  Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle servicesflight, after their breakfast.
  Approximate time taken for Kedarnath Temple Darshan: 02 hours. The shuttle services flight Sersi to Kedarnath is approx. 07 minutes long.
  Sightseeing at Sersi or Guptkashi: Kali temple at Guptkashi ( sightseeing after 1630 hrs is not possible in hills)

• Day 5 : (BADRINATH DHAM) {SERSI TO BADRINATH}

  0800hrs ETD from Sersi
  0830hrs ETA at Badrinath
  
  Passengers will have breakfast by 0700 hrs at Sersi & be ready for their flight to Badrinath by 0800 hrs.
  Passengers will be taken for darshan to Badrinath temple in the afternoon after lunch.
  Approximate time taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan: Approx. 01-1.5 Hrsistaken to have darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Passengers will be taken from Hotel to the temple by car.
  Sightseeing at Badrinath: Mana Village – Known asthe ‘Last village of India’, due to its proximity to the China border.
  Evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple – Swaran/Chandi Aarti (on additional payment basis directly at Badrinath).

• Day 6 : (DEHRADUN) {BADRINATH TO SAHASTRADHARA}

  0830hrs ETD from Badrinath Helipad
  0930hrs ETA at Sahastradhara Helipad
  
  Passengers who have pre-booked Maha Abhishek Puja, have to be ready early morning by 0330 hrs. Puja shall take place from 0430 hrs to 0630 hrs.
  Badrinath ji hotel check-out time is 0730 hrs.
  Estimated time of arrival will be 0930 hrs at Sahastradhara. On arrival, our team will be present to receive the passengers. Later, they will be taken to Dehradun hotel to collect the luggage from cloak rooms, and then be dropped to airport/railway station.
  In case passengers would like to spend an additional night at Dehradun, accommodation can be arranged by Blueheights Aviation at an additional cost. The same must be informed to us at the time of booking.
  After the final transfer, we will bid farewell to the passengers.
  Above mentioned time and schedule is tentative, in order to understand Chardham flying routine cycle. It can be change and reschedule as per condition prevailing at time of flying.

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES

• Fixed flight timings:
• This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and all departure timings of each destination is fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs on each day of the tour, other-wise they will be considered NO- SHOW.
• Helicopter weight limitations:
• Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is upto 450 kg (excluding baggage weight). Passengers are taken on board depending up on the load and temperature conditions. Pilots call will be final. Total weight of all passengers on board must be within this limit. Hence, passengers are required to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking.
• Passenger weights:
• Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity of 450 kg, passenger(s) would be de-boarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
• Over-weight charges: On per seat only
• Overweight charges for Chardham helicopter are applicable @ INR 2000/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg.
• Furthermore, any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which would be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.
• Baggage Allowance:
• Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 2-5 Kgs is allowed per passenger.
• It Is not permitted to carry suitcases or any other luggage bags in the helicopter. Therefore, duffle bags are provided by our staff to all passengers on the day of arrival. Baggage weight is allowed as per group total body weight. In-case body weight of group exceeds allowable limit of 450kg then luggage will be carried by road at additional cost of all passenger travelling in that chopper. In view of our helicopters’ limited weight carrying capacity, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight.
• Arrival date:
• Our Chardham 4N5D Heli-tours are booked departure date wise. However, passengers have to arrive Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. Dehradun complimentary night stay which is provided on the arrival date makes our package a 5Night/6Days tour. The actual flying commences from day 02 of the tour.
• Seating Capacity:
• The maximum seating capacity for our helicopters is 06 passengers + 01 Crew.
• Infants:
• Infant below 2 years or 12kg are accommodated free of charge. For verification of age the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child will be checked.

RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING

• Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 07 days before arrival date.
• In case rescheduling is requested less than 07 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

• The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 25% of the total amount. Balance payment has to be deposited 20 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun.
• Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If passengers cancel their booking prior or after commencement of tour, following cancellation charges will be applicable:
• More Than 15 Days Prior To Travel Date - 50% of Total tour Cost
• 15 Or Less Days Prior To Travel Date - No Refund
• No Show - No Refund
• After Commencement Of Tour - No Refund
