Day 1 : Arrival In Sarajevo
Arrival at the Sarajevo airport, transfer to your hotel. Let鈥檚 start our tour at Bascarsija, the most important part of Sarajevo city that has a lot to offer. You will have the opportunity to see all attraction in this historically most interesting part of Sarajevo. Start with Bascarsija square itself, famous fountain called Sebilj, and a whole story behind. Later move on towards Kazand啪iluk street (Coppersmith's street), burned library - Vijecnica and Inat Kuca, and thorough explanation regarding the two distanced fortresses, Yellow and White bastion. Keep your way and learn about few bridges, including 艩ehercehaja, Imperial and Latin bridge. Latin Bridge and the museum next to it, World famous due to one unfortunate event that took place there, the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, which we go through, in every aspect (terrorist or a hero). Imperial mosque, Gazi Husref beys mosque complex and few other spots around are places tourists certanly do not miss.
The tour ends at the War Tunnel Museum where during the car ride you will be introduced to the origins of the Balkans conflict, for gaining the better understanding of the Aggression of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Sarajevo Siege. Overnight in Sarajevo.
Day 2 : Sarajevo 鈥 Konjic 鈥 Mostar
First stop of the day is short visit to old part of Konjic town. Unique, prehistorically inhabited, famous for 17th century 6-arch Old Bridge, looming over turquoise Neretva river, usually very sunny place, is day鈥檚 perfect start. Standing at WW2's last day, during the Nazi withdrawal, destroyed bridge, we learn the story of the 鈥渕onument to human stupidity鈥, mystery of Tito鈥檚 Bunker, famousness of white water rafting at upper Neretva region and glacier Bora膷ko Lake, and few other stories before we continue our way.
Ride continues by passing large, dammed but very beautiful Jablani膷ko lake, with short stop at Jablanica where we learn WW2 story of 鈥淣eretva Battle鈥 and 鈥渟niff鈥 into the way how our greatest delicacy, famous roasted lamb on the spit is made.
Our main stop is Mostar. We will take an exciting and historically informative tour of this really important Balkan town. We focus at Mostar鈥檚 Old Bridge, Old Bazaar and Old Town, but offer stories of Mostar鈥檚 uniqueness, in regard to historical and cultural diversity. We learn about the Bridge, it鈥檚 rise and fall, and how it had risen again. We learn about Siege of Mostar, its pre and post siege period. We learn about why it is called Mostar. If preferred, we give our guests free time to explore on their own and to try some local cuisine. Overnight in Mostar.
Day 3 : Mostar 鈥 Pocitelj 鈥 Blagaj 鈥 Dubrovnik
Stunningly nested above Neretva river, visit to Po膷itelj easy uphill, one hour long walking activity, accompanied with a stories of town鈥檚 development and strategic importance during its 600+ yearlong written history and visit to most important sites such as Hajji Alija Mosque, Clock Tower and Gavrankapetanovic tower, is a must, for anyone passing through or near Herzegovina region. Unique, medieval, Ottoman era glorified, present day Ottoman-Mediterranean style architectured fortress - town Po膷itelj, is one of the very few urban ensembles in Bosnia and Herzegovina preserved in their integrity to the present times. After we are done with our Po膷itelj explorations we are not too far away from Dubrovnik and there is one more stop to go. Get ready for highlight of the day, small Niagara鈥檚, stunning waterfalls of Kravica.
Blagaj town is home to Buna river spring - Europe鈥檚 most beautiful, most powerful, clean and drinkable karst river spring, settled beneath few hundred meters high rock. Water comes out of quite large but stunningly deep cave, which springs amazing 43 cubic meters of water per second.
Then we travel to Dubrovnik. Overnight in Dubrovnik
Day 4 : Dubrovnik
The 'Pearl of the Adriatic', situated on the Dalmatian coast, became an important Mediterranean sea power from the 13th century onwards. Although severely damaged by an earthquake in 1667, Dubrovnik managed to preserve its beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces and fountains. Damaged again in the 1990s by armed conflict, it is now the focus of a major restoration program coordinated by UNESCO. You will have a chance to visit Franciscan cloister and one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe, pass along Stradun, the largest street in the old town of Dubrovnik and end at the Square of the Loggia with the Orlando's column and from where one can see major architectural masterpieces such as St. Blaise church, Cathedral of the Dubrovnik dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. In the Cathedral one can see most precious treasure and the relics of St. Blaise the patron saint of Dubrovnik. The City offers unique experience, numerous cultural activities and festivals. It was the main filming location for King's Landing (Game of Thrones) and one of the filming locations for Star Wars: Episode VIII. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 : Dubrovnik 鈥 Trsteno Arboretum 鈥 Ston 鈥 Split
After breakfast in hotel, we will go to Trsteno Arboretum. Trsteno is a small seaside village known for its rich history and natural beauty, and the 500-year old giant natural monuments - Asian plane-trees. Trsteno boasts the 15th century renaissance summer residence of Gucetic-Gozze family, with its garden which has been cultivated from the 15th century to the present day. The garden encompassing the summer residence, aqueduct, mill, the fountain with Neptune and nymphs and the belvedere pavilion overlooking the sea and islands is the finest example of Dubrovnik summer residence garden architecture.
On our way to Split, we will visit 鈥楾he Great Wall of Europe鈥, more than five kilometers in length, Ston town walls, the longest complete fortress system around a town in Europe and the second in the world. Built in 15th century as a first line of defense, heavily fortified, with a purpose to protect a precious commodity 鈥 salt. Ston was economically and strategically the most important place in the Dubrovnik
Republic. With the tradition of harvesting salt for over 4000 years, 鈥楾he City of Salt鈥 is confirmed even nowadays as the oldest active salt pans in the world. Salt works were built there in the 13th century, today producing salt in the same way as eight centuries ago.

Day 6 : Split 鈥 Vis 鈥 Bi艩Evo 鈥 Budikovac 鈥 Pakleni Islands 鈥 Hvar 鈥 Split
Get ready for the day on the sea. Today we will take you on a speedboat tour to visit all hidden gems of Croatia. This unique day on the sea starts with the Green and Blue caves followed by Vis and the Pakleni islands! We'll begin by meandering between Hvar and the islets of Ravnik and Bi拧evo. We'll continue towards cove Stiniva, where you can enjoy a unique swim. After Stiniva we will go to Blue Cave, whose ethereal silvery blue color is created by the sun as it bathes the inside of the cave through an opening in the roof and is reflected back by the sandy surface below. Our trip continues to the island of Vis and the authentic fishing village Komi啪a. Then we continue at one of the archipelago's most popular bays, Vinogradi拧ce at Palmi啪ana, where you can have a seaside lunch at some of the best restaurants in Croatia. After lunch you can have free time for snorkeling.
Hvar, the island in Adriatic Sea, is the longest and the sunniest Croatian island and one of the most beautiful islands in the world. It is famous for its pleasant Mediterranean climate. The island is characterized by gentle winters, warm summers and many hours of sunshine (2,718 hours a year). The island of Hvar was populated already in the prehistoric times and later inhabited by the Illyrians, who came into conflict with the Greek colonizers in the 4th century BC. You will visit most beautiful hidden beaches and watch a sunset from paradise on Earth.
Day 7 : Split 鈥 Salona 鈥 Klis
After breakfast in hotel, sightseeing of Split. The story of Split is already 17 centuries old, dating to the time the Roman Emperor Diocletian decided to build his Palace right on the peninsula near the great Roman city Salona, where he wanted to spend the last years of his life. During these 1700 years the Palace slowly turned into a city, which to this day lures with its rich tradition, glorious history and beauty of its natural and cultural heritage. Diocletian Palace and the entire historical core of Split have been on the World Heritage UNESCO list ever since 1979. Admire the Cathedral of St. Duje, the patron of Split, originally the mausoleum of the palace, for which is considered the oldest Cathedral in the World.
3000 years old 鈥楽alona鈥, today Solin, was the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia and the birthplace of Emperor Diocletian. In the 7th century town was destroyed after the arrival of Avars and Croats, and refugees escaped to Diocletian鈥檚 Palace, in Split. Known as 鈥楾he Cradle of Croatian history鈥, it was one of the capital cities in Medieval Croatian state, and a place where Croatian King Demetrius Zvonimir was crowned in 11th century. Today, Solin preserved remains of old city and the arena, where gladiators fought till death.
The Klis Fortress is situated on the eponymous hill near the town of Split, between the mountains of Mosor and Kozjak. Back in the 7th century, a very important defence point in Croatian history, as it was a seat to many Croatia's rulers. Over the history, in was in possessions of Ottomans, Venetians and Austrians. Today, Klis Fortress is a tourist attraction with a museum, from where you can take some beautiful panorama pictures of Split.
Day 8 : Split 鈥 Trogir 鈥 Krka Np 鈥 Zadar
Trogir, the city with 2300 years of tradition, is a remarkable example of urban island settlement from the Hellenistic period. In first century Trogir became Roman municipality 鈥楾ragurium鈥, and joined to Salona, center of Roman province of Dalmatia. Upon the fall of the Roman Empire, Trogir has become an independent town. It has beautiful Romanesque churches which are complemented by the outstanding Renaissance and Baroque buildings from the Venetian period, and in 1997 UNESCO acknowledged Trogir as a World cultural Heritage.
We continue to the beautiful Krka National Park, home to more than 800 species of flora and a huge range of birds, is one of the most beautiful Croatian natural spots. You鈥檒l trek through lush vegetation to the magnificent waterfalls of Skradinski Buk, and Ro拧ki Slap, enjoying views of beautiful small cascades and numerous backwaters and islets. Krka Waterfalls is the only National Park in Croatia where swimming is allowed.

Day 9 : Zadar 鈥 Plitvice Lakes Np
After breakfast, explore Zadar. Visit the church of Saint Donat - the symbol of the city, the most famous monumental edifice in Croatia from the early Middle Ages. Discover the Cathedral of St. Anastasia, the most impressive basilica in Dalmatia. Tour of the Land Gate and city walls, Square of Five Wells, People's Square and of course the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. In 2016 Zadar got the prestigious title of 鈥楤est European Destinations鈥.
Welcome to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia鈥檚 most popular tourist attraction, located roughly halfway between capital city Zagreb and Zadar on the coast, covers a total area of 300 square kilometers, whilst the lakes join together over a distance of eight kilometers. It is a part of UNESCO World Heritage from 1979. It lies in its sixteen lakes, the waters flowing over the limestone have, over thousands of years, deposited travertine barriers, creating natural dams which have created a series of beautiful lakes, caves and waterfalls. The forests in the park are home to bears, wolves and many rare bird species, so the Plitvice Lakes National Park is definitely must-see! Overnight in Plitvice.
Day 10 : Plitvice Lakes Np 鈥 Hum 鈥 Motovun
After breakfast, we will travel to Istria region. Welcome to the smallest city in the world, Hum, with a population of only 28 inhabitants. The city was founded in the 11th century and, like most walled medieval towns, Hum developed only within the walls. It is very interesting to be able to walk between the alleyways and stone houses and see how people lived in the old days. Hum really looks like a scenic city, and it鈥檚 pretty crazy to think that some people still live there, almost like they stopped in time.
With its elegant system of towers, walls, gates and piazzas, the hilltop village of Motovun in Istria is a striking example of Venetian colonial architecture. Perched on a hill some 227m above sea level, Motovun is the most attractive town in the Istrian interior. Architect Andrea Palladio designed the lateRenaissance town church of St. Stephen. Francesco Bonazzo contributed the marble statues of St. Stephen and St. Laurence, and an unknown 17th-century Venetian produced the painting of the Last Supper behind the church's altar. Take a walk around the town walls of Motovun: The sweeping view takes in the vineyards that produce Motovun's fine Teran and Malvasija wine and the forests that harbour Istria's prized white and black truffles. In the last week of July or the beginning of August, Motovun is famous for International Film Festival, which presents independent and avant-garde films from the U.S. and Europe. Day 11 : Motovun 鈥 Postojna 鈥 Bled
In the morning you will travel to Slovenia. The Postojna Cave system is Slovenia's most popular tourist attraction, and within an instant of arriving, it is clear why. The cave, formed by the Pivka River, is a 20 km (12.5 mi) long karst cave, and is the most visited cave in Europe. Enter a different world in these incredible caves, and prepare to be impressed. The caves are home to the olm, a salamander-like animal that lives only in these specific caves. There are also many different kinds of insects and other amphibians that are unique to cave environments. The hall can seat up to 10,000 people, and is frequented by symphony orchestras and soloists. And not far from the cave, above the surface, you can admire Predjama Castle and its surrounding area steeped in history.
In the afternoon, we are taking you to discover the most beautiful gem of Slovenia: the magical Lake Bled. On our tour to Lake Bled we treat you with a traditional pletna boat ride to Bled island, a top
attraction in Slovenia. Pletna boats are unique to Lake Bled and operated by a single rower with two long oars. Following the boat ride, you get some time to explore the little island and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area. Optionally, you can enter the Church of the Assumption and even ring the wishing bell, which has been ringing over Lake Bled since 1534. You will see an old medieval Castle up on the cliff that offers you an amazing views is definitely something you will be enchanted with. Visit the Bled castle museum, which gives you an insight into the history of the entire area, and admire the views of Lake Bled from several viewpoints at the castle. Bled castle is more than a thousand years old, and one of the most spectacular castles in Slovenia. Or you can relax and take a break in one of the coffee shops - where you need to try krem拧nita, the traditional Bled custard cream cake. Overnight in Bled.
Day 12 : Bled 鈥 Ljubljana 鈥 Zagreb
After breakfast, we will take a trip to Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia. Ljubljana is often called a European jewel or described as a small blend of Prague and Amsterdam. This vibrant old town is concentrated along the Ljubljanica River, and the castle on a hill still looks like it is protecting the romantic city below. The tour is on foot because it is much easier to get around Ljubljana鈥檚 pedestrian Old Town. Despite the fact that it is a capital city, it is easily walkable. You will see all the major sights in Ljubljana including the main square with the Pre拧eren monument, Franciscan Church and Three Bridges, Congress Square (Park of the Star), the National University Library, Krizanke Monastery, the New Square, the Cobbler's Bridge, the Old Square (the oldest street), the romantic river promenade, the Municipality Square, St. Nicholas Cathedral, the famous Open Air Market, Butcher's Bridge, and Dragon Bridge.
Travel to Zagreb. Overnight in Zagreb.
Day 13 : Zagreb
Welcome to Croatian capital. The group will have a tour of Zagreb, starting from the Old Town, where they will visit Kaptol and St. Stephen's Cathedral - dedicated to the Assumption of Our Lady. Walking tour through the narrow streets of Upper Town, passing the Dolac open air market, Stone Gate, St. Mark鈥檚 church with its picturesque roof, Parliament and Government buildings, Lotrscak Tower and many more. Tour will reach the main Jelacic Square - Zagreb's main square with the equestrian statue of Ban Jelacic, followed by an opening Holy mass, in the St. Stephen's Cathedral. Overnight in Zagreb.
Day 14 : Zagreb Departure
Morning breakfast and transfer to Zagreb Airport - flight home.
