Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kashmir Valley

  With the 7 Days /6 Nights package discover Kashmir - "The Paradise on Earth" which is set like a jewelled crown on the map of India. Kashmir Valley is a multi-faceted diamond, that changes its hues with the seasons and is always more beautiful than before. The two major Himalayan ranges surround this heavenly landscape, the Great Himalayan Range from the north and the Pir Panchal Ranges from the south. These are the source of many rivers which flow down into the forested valleys of Orchard and are decorated beautifully by lily-laden lakes. Kashmir is a heavenly land with splendid beauty where holidays is more than that. In winter, the mountain slopes get converted into snowboard heaven for Skiing Adventure Lovers. While in spring and summer, the crystal clear blue skies, orchards, lakes and green meadows can give a feeling to anyone like they are in God's own Heaven.

• Day 2 : Gulmarg

  Head on to spend a leisure day in Gulmarg with your family Wake up to a beautiful day in the hotel and then enjoy a hearty breakfast. After relaxing for a while, check out of the hotel and head towards Gulmarg. Gulmarg literally means "Meadow of Flowers", and this town stands up to its name. It is perched at an altitude of 2730 meters. CNN regarded Gulmarg as 鈥淗eartland of Winter Sports of India鈥� and rated it as Asia鈥檚 Seventh Best Ski Destination. Whether in summers or winters, the town is a year-round magnet for tourists around the world. Several movies have been shot in this beautiful town, like Jab Tak Hain Jaan, Bobby, Highway, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Haider, among others. Here you can enjoy a ropeway ride to Khilanmarg or a pony ride. The Gulmarg Gondola is the highest and longest cable car ropeway of Asia and one of the best experiences in Kashmir. This cable car ride is divided into 2 stages and takes you to and from Kongdoori Mountain, which is close to Apharwat Peak. The views from the top are stunning. • Day 3 : Pahalgam Anantnag

  The Third day of the Kashmir family holiday package begins with a delicious breakfast in the hotel. Check-out and proceed for a road trip to Pahalgam (valley of sheapherds')'. Via Pampore which remains famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir. En route, you can stop by the Martand Sun Temple. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel to the Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction.
  
  There are many beautiful places to see and interesting things to do in Pahalgam. You can choose from any of the below given optional activities and have an amazing day with your family. If you are in Pahalgam and have not visited the Baisaran valley and famously called Mini Switzerland, then you have seen nothing. A word of caution though, you will have to use ponies to ride to Baisaran valley as no vehicle is allowed to go there. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : Aru Valley Pahalgam

  A warm cup of tea with a delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. You should not miss the Aru Valley, Chandanwari valley and Betaab valley. They are all famous for being the site for Bollywood movies. If you have a taste for adventure rides then a visit to Pahalgam club, Children鈥� Park and Zoo is a must. In the evening return back to Srinagar, Check in the hotel and relax with a delicious dinner.

• Day 5 : Srinagar - Sonmarg

  Today you embark on a full-day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold鈥� Sonmarg. The fast flowing Sindh river makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment). You can also visit zojila pass( also called the entrance of Ladakh). Zojila Pass has always been on the priority list of travellers. In the evening return back to your Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay

• Day 6 : Yusmarg

  After a hearty breakfast in the morning, we will board our vehicle and drive through the Historic Lal Chowk towards the bye-pass. We will crossover the bypass road and begin an exciting two hours journey to a place relatively unknown to the outside world. The Drive to Yusmarg takes you across grassy meadows, ringed by forests of pine, and towering beyond them, the awesome and majestic snow-clad mountains. On your arrival in Yusmarg, you can take all kinds of walks across the rolling meadows which sometimes resemble its twin resort of Gulmarg. You can also stroll along the flower-strewn meadows towards the mighty river froths of the Doodh Ganga. Yusmarg is ringed by several notable peaks including Tata-Kuti and Sang Safed. About 3 kilometres below Yusmarg a historical and religious place will be visited where stands the tomb of Sheikh Nu-Ud-Din who is still revered by both Muslims and Hindus from time bygone. We will drive back to Srinagar in the evening and transfer to the hotel/houseboats for our overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Srinagar Airport to board a flight
